I have stayed at TRU before and I would highly reccomend this spot again. I walked in to be welcomed by the smell of fresh hot cookies which was a nice surprise. Coffee and tea are 24 hours. The airport shuttle is quick and convenient you just need to call once you collect your luggage. The room was exceptionally clean and had a bunch of small touches that I loved like make up remover towels, plenty of hooks, space to put bags so they don't have to be on the floor, and the bed amd sheets were very soft. There is also a water filter and lots of games in the lobby that both adults and kids seemed to enjoy. Finally, the staff were very friendly. Eva (hope I spelled that right) mailed a postcard for me and I really appreciated it. The rest of the staff were great and always trying to keep the place very clean. There are restaurants within walking distance too.

What an awesome experience first time staying at a Tru by Hilton. The facilities were new and clean and comfortable. The staff was very patient and helpful. Good room rate with all the hotel conveniences like room fridge, water filling stations, pool table, fitness center. Nice hot breakfast. Hand sanitizers and wipes everywhere. The hotel room had Not Soap, Radio brand shampoo and conditioners which were awesome. Motion activated fan in the bathroom. Also, nice large TV with all the premium channels too! Free parking first night. I would definitely stay here again.

Housekeeping staff especially the girl on the second n floor she was physically challenged but cheerful wished me a good morning as she was singing and doing her job did not get her name . the shower was very clean and lathe hot water seemed endless . When I walked in to checkin I was greeted I was 15 minutes early she explained the incidentals deposit that I would see on my card she was casual yet professional

Breakfast was basic as expected - scrambled eggs, a pancake bar, oatmeal and the standards like coffee and juice. This menu will get you through in a pinch but I needed something more substantial, as did hubby, so we visited a local breakfast spot before heading to Zion National Park.

Checked in late after 11 pm arrival at airport. Check in was easy and staff very polite and friendly. Comfortable beds, good sized room for a two queen bed room, clean rooms, no carpet in rooms which I prefer, lemon soap and lotion in bathroom was nice although had a little difficulty squeezing it out initially, fun lobby decor.
